AIRPORT ARRIVALS
Inside pick up for Sedan and SUVs will cost you $25 additional. Inside pick up for Stretch Limousines $50, Vans $50 and $100 for Buses. 30 min free waiting time for all Domestic Flights while 60min for all international flights. Additional waiting time will cost you as, Sedan/SUVs $1.00 per min, Vans $1.50 per min and all others $150 an hours after the free waiting time .
PAYMENTS
Payment will be collected by “NEW YORK LIMO NET LLC”. We collect payments 5/7 days prior to your
Reservation date or on the receipt of the authorization from the customer to collect the payment.
CANCELLATION
For full refund, cancel your reservation; Sedan/SUV 24 hours prior, Vans 48 hours prior and 7 days prior for buses and limousines. Otherwise your reservation will be 50% charged as cancelation fee for sedan and SUV, Buses and limousine 100% cancelation fee. No refund in the case of NO Show or driver on the way.
WAITING/STOPs
15 minutes free waiting time for any non-airport pick up. Additional waiting time will cost you as,
Sedan/SUVs $1.00 per min, Vans $1.50 per min and all others $150 an hours after the free waiting time .
DAMAGES/CLEANING:
Additional charges may be applied if any damages applied or an event occurrence where cleaning required. The
amount will be determined by the serving driver assigned for your reservation.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
You have to submit an authorization form filled and signed by you, attached with a copy of your credit card and driving license, when your reservation exceeds $350. Otherwise just reply to the email with the text “I agree with the terms and conditions and authorize NEW YORK LIMO NET LLC to charge for the services”
